Digital Scrapbook Pages – Storybook Album Designer
I figured today the time had finally come to take off the training wheels and use the techniques I have learned from Stuart’s tutorials to go it alone, wish me luck. 
So, today’s scrapbook page created using storybook album designer was done by yours truly without [wait for it] shock horror {dum dum derr…} following along with a tutorial.
Hold your horses…I freely admit it…my name is Susan Hodgson and I’m a compulsive tutorial taker…so I had to fit in a tutorial somewhere or I’d get the DT’s. 
I followed along with the Ask Dave Podcast to create the quick cool background for my photo. The photograph of the rose was taken on my iPhone and manipulated in Photoshop.
Here’s the storybook recipe I used:
- Page 11 – (1 Aperture)
- #226 – (B&W Floating Picture)
- #210 – (Dark Vertical 2%)
- #217 – (Light Vertical 20%)
I also added inked edges to the page by using an inner glow effect.
